I think it there will be another one... technically the war is over when one of the sides achieves their objective:

-Tobi, if he manages to revive the Jiuby (which i hope he will) means that he has accomplished his plan, and therefore the war is over (the whole reason for the war isn't there anymore, or at least it's not the same)
-The allied shinoby, if the manage to defeat tobi (not necessarily kill him) or rather stop him from accomplishing his plan. And again this means the war is over, but Tobi is still alive and therefore we can expect a comeback of some sorts.

The most important thing isn't if we get another arc or not, but rather Kishi's ability to continue the story without it being forced... if he manages to make a logical connection then i think it will be great... because so far, unlike Bleach for example, Naruto has kept a main storyline, everything up until now led to this in a smooth way.

Konohamaru?? he sucks, how would a serious fight between the two happen?
Current Naruto is already a beast from hell, and he is getting at least one final power up, just because Konohamaru knows rasengan and can make clones of himself doesn't mean he can do those techs on the same level as Naruto.

you don't have to fight someone else to become Hokage, just because Hashirama and Madara did, they were almost evenly matched and opposing in thought, but you didn't see Minato fighting against someone for the title of Hokage neither did Hiruzen or Tsunade they were appointed Hokage.

If Naruto becomes Hokage(i am sure he will at some point) he will be appointed so, everyone in The Leaf already praises him as the hero who saved them from Pain, and he is obviously going to be the hero of this Shinobi war.

Finally, i think Konohamaru will be at best as strong as Asuma Sarutobi, which isn't much by the way.This is nowhere near the power level that Naruto possessed even in the Pain attack saga, let alone current BM.

I completely agree with you on how this story just flowed. Like you said, everything up until now led to this in a smooth way.

Now Kishi, has a few important things he still has to show. Mainly the Naruto and Sasuke fight, which I for one, don't think they're going to fight during this war (partly because of how much Naruto has done in this war, I believe Kishi would want Naruto and Sasuke to fight at somewhat full potential/chakra levels). So I think there will be one more arc at least. If not more.
And I think he'll keep the story running smoothly, between Sasuke, Tobi, Zetsu, Kabuto, and the scroll Jugo and Suigetsu found (who knows what that's gonna be about. Lol)
