Well, today is Monday (for me) so I don't see why it would. If someone said Shounen Jump said it, then you should've seen if they linked it, because I highly doubt it.

Yes, here in Asia it's released on Monday. Every Monday, Shonen jump the magazine is released in Japan. Now as for the online scans, they are uploaded a day or two later. So usually you can expect them Wednesday but sometimes earlier.
