A curious question considering having 2 jonin ninja on top of a Jin is extremely dangerous and they may likely kill ninja they're fighting in the exams.

People die in the exams especially part 2 of the exams where its about survival. In the firstchuunin exams in the forest of death a lot of shinobi died gaara at least killed 4.

Also the jonins over seeing the exams tell them people can die so Wetherby jin or basic shinobi people still die in this exams
