Women can choose to keep their last names.It's not forced upon them to switch to their guy's name,and if Sasuke was thinking about restoring his clan in terms ofr reproduction then he would have had more kids,why pin everything down on Sarada? It was Sasuke's choice to have 1 kid.

Indra is the Sage's son/Kaguya's grandson.He inheritied Half of the Sage's power,and developed his own throughout his life.Sasuke developed his own power,gained Itachi's,plus half of Hogoromo's power.The Sage/Kaguya is the beginning of the Uchiha,and Sasuke is now the closest person to the Sage other than Indra,Sasuke is pretty much Indra,who the Uchiha started from.

So with using logic,there should be no,"Sarada is only half Uchiha".Considering Sasuke is Indra/the Uchiha who's ever been the closest to the Sage. So if anything,Sarada's genes are closer to Indra/the Sage then any other Uchiha.
