I think tobi might have the sealing pot and dauri had one or two of the weapons and tenten had one. Could be wrong on my recollections.

And normal ninja can use the weapons this has already been proved. They just drain a massive amount of the users chakra leaving them on the brink of death depending on the weapon and how many times it was used.

The sages.weapons seem to ne most of the sages abilities sealed or put into weapons. And if they could make it to the battle against madara they would help immensely. Or if given to bee and Naruto. If they fell into madara or tobis hands the results would be disastrous.

No one except people with HIGH chakra reserves can use them for long durations. We are talking about Jinchuuriki levels of chakra supply.


Darui was able to use them but only for a short while. He was already feeling the fatigue from using them for a few minutes.
