They say the arts/entertainment of any given place reflect the culture and experience of the people.......would kishimoto bring a few changes to the storyline to express the sorrow of the japaneese people due to the flood? Maybe the shinobi army is shown to go through a natural disaster or sth like that?

i think if he does anything he may put a little note at the end of the next manga or something like that paying tribute to those caught in this disaster

I think no because narutowold is a world with heroes, fightings, supernatural powers etc.
Thats not a real world with natural disasters (earthquakes, volcanoes, tsunami, hurricanes, floodsetc.)

well the 9tails was said to be a type of "natural disaster" in narutoverse, if they had a disaster it has to come in crazy manga form (giant foxes), maybe kazuku uses a water release and makes a giant wave hit the beach to insert the RL event?

but i doubt he'll actually do it.

He hasnt written every detail of the story that I know of so it could have some influence but not overall I believe he said he does know how Naruto will end.
