Will the Juubi be able to talk true 'Obito's body'?

We all know juubi is going for naruto, I think he will go in that stage and talk with naruto and tell him his story after beating naruto like what pain did

Obito probably has a power struggle right now, if the Juubi was in control it would be like every other tailed beast and turn into it's original form. I think it's like part 1 Naruto with Kyuubi chakra eyes, he's still there but not fully in control.

If the Juubi had complete control, I'm sure it'd have more intelligence and a proper concious, making it able to talk properly.
