Will the holy tree permanently remove all humans' chakra from them ?

Now the holy tree has all the humans within its grasp and the infinite genjutsu has started.The tree is feeding off the chakra of all humans to create a new shinju fruit.I was wondering that could it happen so ,that even after being freed from the tree all humans would have lost all their chakra forever (Kaguya's sons were the first humans to be born with chakra)bringing the ''Ninja system'' to an end ,which has been desired by many .Do you think this could happen?What do you think ?

Personally speaking ,i will dynamic entry Kishmoto in the balls if he does something like that..It would suck majorly
