Will the holy tree be used to end the naruto manga ?

Okay now that the infinite tsukiyomi has started and the holy tree has all the humans within its grasp .Its feeding of their chakra to create a new shinju fruit.Could it happen that even if all the humans were free from the holy tree ,then they would have lost all their chakra forever ,thus bringing the ''Ninja system'' to end .It could play out like that since ending the ninja system has been mentioned many times in the series.If that happens it would be a sucky way to bring the things to end .What do you think what would happen, post what you think about this happening?
