No, Kubo is a great artist and a fantastic character creator but he made so many bad mistakes in the Bleach story that it unfortunately took a nose dive and its too close to ending for him to bring it back now.

You all have to look at it from another dimension. Yeah the anime has fillers, but do you ever think why? Because the manga chapters are short. You could fill in one volume in a single chapter (exaggeration but you get my point). Kubo needs to add in much more plot development, I understand he wants to make this a fight based story but half the time the fights drag on and are never on par with with DBZ. It all trickles back down to Kubo.
