Or just a thought, maybe the Uchiha abilities are cut in half, or if anything the potency of her Uchiha Jutsu will be cut down since the clan is all about potency...
But that is beside the point, it's obvious that she isn't exactly 50/50 of her parents and that the Uchiha genes are more dominant within her (black hair, black eyes, emotional, sharingan, etc)

I know, but since it's peaceful it's unlikely someone close to her will die, which is a prereq for Sharingan evolution. For example Sasuke did not get MS until his entire family dead (including Itachi).
