Will Sasuke's plan make the ninja world worse or better?

IMO no it won't. Sasuke should have learned from Danzo's mistakes, and took a different route. Sasuke's vision of "Hokage" is nothing more than a dictatorship. Conquering the world and killing the bijuu won't end the hate in the ninja world. However I believe Sasuke and Naruto will probably come on a consensus to the problems of the ninja world. Both characters have rational and irrational points. What do you think?
