Probably not, he looks cooler without it anyway. Even after the war (assuming he doesn't die) i doubt it. Sasuke probably doesn't even want to return to the village - Which honestly suits him better. Even if he had the choice to and even if he was forgiven by the nations i doubt he would want to return. He'll do what he said and that's protect the village, but probably from the shadows.

Despite Sasuke being 'good' now and even though he hasn't done THAT much wrong compared the likes of Orochimaru etc - After the war he'll probably be on the run for the rest of his life. But he'll still protect the village from the shadows, "behind the scenes"
