Will Sasuke unlock Rinnegan?

I know that Sasuke has a possibility to unlock the Rinnegan since he has the EMS. I personally think Sauske will NOT unlock Rinnegan , because then the story will get too dry. The two main characters are already OP as hell, and if Sasuke unlocks the Rinnegan then GG to Naruto. If Kishi really lets Sasuke unlocks the Rinnegan then I will expect Naruto and Sasuke's final battle to be very dry or really BS. Now take a look at Naruto and Sauske's abilities:

Naruto's Rasengan v. Sasuke's Chidori
Naruto's Big-Ass Rasengan v. Sauske's Chidori Nagashi
Naruto's RasenShuriken v. Sasuke's Kirin
Naruto's Sage Mode v. Sasuke's Eternal Mangekyo
Naruto's Nine-Tail Form v. Sasuke's Susanoo.

Now, after looking at these you can expect a very fair, nice battle. But if look at this:

Naruto's ______? v. Sasuke's Rinnegan

The battle will just be unbalance, and we all will expect that Naruto will win the fight sooner or later. So that means Naruto would probably defeat Sasuke in a very BS way. Like, Naruto pokes and blinds Sasuke something like that. Remember the Edo Nagato? Naruto and Bee even had trouble fighting him. The only possibility that Naruto can defeat Sasuke in a not Bs way is when Naruto finds out Rinnegan or EMS's weakness by defeating Edo Madara. Or, maybe Sasuke will unlock the Rinnegan right before his death like Madara. Idk. Tell me what do you guys think?

naruto will become one with the nine tails after kyuubi sees madara again.
hopefully he unlocks some great senju skill or uzimaki skill
cause he needs a huge power up to defeat madara

Rikudou mode vs EMS
Rikudou Sage Mode vs Rinnegan

If Sasuke gets the Rinnegan Naruto has to get something EPIC as well, just my opinion though.
