Sasuke still thinks that the 9 tails attack on Konoha was a natural disaster and that the konoha elders are to blame on assuming the Uchiha's were to blame.

With Minato back its inevitable that Sasuke will find out that Obito was behind the attack which ultimately led to uchiha massacre. Obito even helped Itachi out in the uchiha massacre. Will this discovery have a big impact on Sasuke.

Sasuke will definitely have it out for Obito. Hiruzen isn't gonna like seeing Orochimaru. Sarutobi is such a failure.
