He took an indirect hit from Deidara's attack, a direct from one of his bigger bombs. Along with that, he survived a stab through the chest from Danzo. (Which would have killed him if he wasn't treated by Karin. The same goes for Naruto during many battles.)

So the only fatal attack he took was from danzo? Deidari seemed to leave beat up but nothing fatal.

Every attack Deidara hit with was lethal, every single one of them. Including his final. Not to mention the nano bombs which "hit" Sasuke but he disabled them. Sasuke got hit directly by one of Deidara's big bombs and tanked it using his Curse Mark Wing. (Same as Naruto only survived a Chidori through the chest because of Kurama.)

It wasn't his claw, it was from the Rasengan. Unless you mean that Naruto at the time could grow extra arms like he can now. (Which he couldn't and not during a direct attack.)

stop arguing...you need to watch that part again. it was the claw and not rasengan...the rasengan and chidori collided...no one can survive a rasengan to the face

It looks like a claw to me, even though that was the hand that held the rasengan. I think the jutsu dispersed or moved and it was his claw that hit it

Of course Sasuke will survive because He is needed with Naruto to seal Kaguya away. The real question is with Kishi demoting Sakura at every other turn. Will Sakura survive or Is She in Her Swan Song Stage?

I think "Sauce" will get stabbed and go blind in the desert. Sakura will try to save him but fail and die to I'm sure.
