Nope, the Sage had the Ten Tails, the Rinnegan, the highest level of Senjutsu, and mastery of Yin and Yang to the point that he was able to use creation of all things.


Sasuke only came close in power when he was using all the Bijuu, but that was only temporary and the Sage had far more than just power.

Sasuke had half of hagos chakra before taking the bijuu, after bijuu chakra he should of been hago lvl, considering Naruto has all their chakra as sasuke did. And they both had half of his powers before Sasuke took the bijuu.

It does, what I say is manga fact. Madara = complete sage. Sasuke = half of sage.

Logic= Complete > half
