I don't think so, I think he will obtain perfect susano'o to get even with Naruto, Madara's foreshadowing this. If Sasuke was to get rinnegan, Naruto would have to be the juubi jinchuuriki to make it fair IMO. Sasuke cannot progress to the sages eyes and Naruto still only have the nine-tails that would disrupt the whole sages eyes and sages body thing.

The point you're missing is that they are meant to be equal, Naruto has just as much chance of being juubi jinchuuriki as Sasuke has rinnegan, all of the tailed beasts have given Naruto chakra apart from Shukaku so that is just as possible. There is no confirmation on the method of obtaining it, the most likely possibility is perfect susano'o, as that is definitely an uchiha technique, and a progression on what he had before.

The sage created all ninjutsu, did he? What about edo tensei, I thought Tobirama created it? He was the founder, not creator. The elder son didn't have the rinnegan he had a different dojutsu, look it up again. I personally don't think you need senju DNA, some people do however, and you can't rule it out as we know there are specific conditions, there are just specific conditions, we know that much.

I am not saying it is impossible that Sasuke gets rinnegan, it's just Naruto will have to get a powerup to match up, something to do with the juubi chakra, they have to be equal, Naruto has had enough powerups for me so I think the perfect susano'o will be what matches them up.

What about the rasengan or chidori, we saw who and how those were created, the sage didn't create everything, he taught people how to manipulate chakra, which is ninjutsu, so is the founder and not the creator of all ninjutsu.
