His eyes working just like one eyes Rinngean Madara which he cant use his full rinngean power. But how will sasuke get his second rinnegan to make his eyes useful?

So probally Sasuke will granted with Kaguya Dimension power by upgrading his current Sharinnegan into 9 tomoe. Because not Rikudou power need both rinnegan while kaguya power need nine tomoe is't this right. If sasuke have Kaguya power without eating the fruit it would be a plot holes.
