It's really shaping up for sasuke to learn Impure World Ressurection

If he learns it the chances are big he will bring his fallen clan one's more to bring konoha down with him or Madara leading(I dont think Madara would let the brat lead HIS clan

I would find it funny if Madara got mad for a brat controlling the whole Uchiha clan. I don't know if the jutsu in the scroll is Impure World Ressurection. I don't think he is going to get that jutsu.

Sasuke would not learn it in my opinion. This is mainly because it would not fit in with his character, and it just doesn't seem like something kishi would do. His next power up will be like perfect susanoo or something.

When he fought Itachi he said after he killed him, he was goin to kill the person who helped you slaughter the clan. Tobi lied and said the Kyuubi attack was a Natural disasters but he was the one behind it which lead to the Uchiha clan downfall so if Sasuke finds the truth where ever he is goin Obito will be his target

Didn't Sasuke knew Tobi was responsible for the massacre back when Sasuke recently woke up from his battle with Itachi?

Sasuke is pretty much up-to-date i feel he knows Tobi is responsible for the clan.
