Will Sasuke join Madara?

This could be a possibility, as it would lead up to the final fight of Sasuke vs Naruto, since right now there is no reason for him to fight naruto, and surely we prefer an evil sasuke?

Sasuke and Naruto have plenty of reasons to fight without adding Madara into the mix. Sasuke wants to kill the tailed beasts, but Naruto doesn't. Both want to be Hokage. Naruto represents yang (rule via power of friendship and love but never use power to enforce your will, just use love), while Sasuke is yin (rule via power, crush those you disagree). That's a good enough reason to fight without adding a contrived Madara reason since Sasuke wants Madara dead since he's loyal to the Alliance and since Itachi wanted Madara dead.
