No, Sasuke will most likely not get the Rinne. Plus, let's say he obtained the cells necessary to create the mutation that allows him to develop the Rinne. It took Madara almost his ENTIRE LIFE to obtain the Rinnegan. He got the cells during his battle with Hashi, then many, many years later he finally got the Rinnegan. Sasuke would not get the Rinne anytime soon if he did have the cells necessary, and he doesn't so, simple answer: no.
