Well, there is very low probability that Juugo is an Uzumaki, I mean if he had red hair then I would have some belief in this theory.

Direct quote from Wikia, which gives even less of a chance for him to be Uzumaki, as this power has never been shown by an uzumak, they are only known for sealing. The fact that Orochimaru didn't know much about his clan clearly comes to show he is not an Uzumaki, Orochiamru is very knowledgeable, and saying he doesn't know about the Uzuamki's abilities is absurd. He's already done tests on Karin who is Uzuamki, and definately knows much more about them, so I don't know why but I have no reason to believe Jugo is an Uzumaki, and if he were.. Its never been stated that being Uzumaki means having Senju DNA, they are only distant relatives, so I highly doubt getting Uzumaki DNA would be similar to Senju DNA.
