From what I understood, Izanagi is an ability every 3tomoe lvl sharingan or higher can use, looks like Kishi will not show sasuke using izanagi. And I doubt sasuke would be willing to waste an eye for that technique.

cant any uchiha use izangi as long as they know how to , hell you dont even have to be an uchiha > Danzou for example as long as you have sharingan , yeah so sasuke could use it but i dont see him using it soon maybe in the naruto fight ..

Ino danzo is not an uchiha and used it . and if he does use izanagi he will go blind

Why he would waste his an eye on izanagi?bcz if he use izanagi then he will lose his ability to use susanoo'o.sasuke won't take that much of risk.
