Will Sasuke Ever Come Close To A Healthy Nagato and Itachi?

Itachi hasn't shown any ninjutsu that puts him above Sasuke in that category so I really don't see how you can say he's above him in it. Sasuke has fire style jutsu, chidori and it's variations and kirin. Itachi has fire style jutsu and a single water style jutsu.

As for weapons Sasuke was matching Itachi blow for blow when they fought albeit Itachi was half blind they still matched each other. Sasuke also has his sword and is very skilled with it so more or less I give the advantage to Sasuke or equal at least.

we haven't seen much but I don't think he's beneath sasuke in katon. and do you actually believe that he has only one suiton technique? that technique was prasied by kakashi (who uses suiton the most in his battles). I think he also has some badass suiton, katon techniques we never had the oppurtunity to see from him.

aside from kirin they are either equals or itachi is better (as I believe) but kirin is the breaking point, unless itachi has something like that sasuke has the edge

Itachi is indeed better than Sasuke in some categories but not all.

intelligent i will say they are equal.Sasuke outsmarted orichimaru (counter his snake ritual jutsu),dediara (with genjutsu),Danzo(with genjutsu)

As Turson said above the skill in amaterasu and tsukuyomi tells which is better in ninjutsu and genjutsu. Sasuke is much more skilled with amaterasu(ninjutsu) while Itachi is much more skilled with tsukuyomi(genjutsu). Sasuke also has an amaterasu sword while Itachi has a genjutsu sword.

Also you can't just discount kirin considering it's a part of Sasuke's arsenal. I also forgot to add that Sasuke has the summoning jutsu as well. It's pretty clear that Sasuke is above Itachi in ninjutsu.

Um Itachi matched Sasuke throwing all those shuriken and weaved hand signs during it to make a clone, he's a beast.

That's just a testament to how fast his hand seals are, not his mastery of ninja tools. Also he made the clone when him and Sasuke went at each other wit a kunai and sword, not when they were throwing shuriken at each other.

Erm... Smart wise I think Itachi still takes the cake. But now he has his EMS I think he is stronger then him.

However, with Nagato's chakra and skills, I couldn't see sasuke taking this.
