Sasuke have 6 tomoes , 2 circles on his left eye , 3 tomoes and 1 circles on his right eye.
The mix right/left (Yang/Yin) gives 9 tomoes , 3 circles and a right/left (Yang/Yin) mixed iris in the center.

I think he would be able to do the part relating to the Yin-imagination and form creation.

However, I don't think he would be able to create life forms, at least not without sacrificing himself, because that needs great Yang power, which Naruto now has (which may answer the question of why he was able to keep Gai from dying).

I'm predicting that after the war ends, Naruto and Sasuke will combine their powers to use that jutsu for whatever reason.

If you look at the scan used for this thread, it says the sage would create then breathe life into the form, using yin then yang

and as naruto can't breathe life into nothing, sasuke cant create form with life, based on the thread's theory

Good point.Sasuke won't use his own life to create things.
Sasuke have Hashirama's Yang , maybe it will help him to give life to little forms.

Sasuke alone will never be as powerfull as cooperating with Naruto.
(Sasuke's Yin + Naruto's Yang )=maximum.

Sasuke could still use Yin/Yang mix , even if it's going to be a lot less powerfull than Sasuke's Yin and Naruto's Yang mix.

It actually even looks like he has 12, note the ring in the very bottom left of his eye. No reason for it not to have tomoe.

The hypothesis is : left Yin eye + right Yang eye = sage's eye.
Hashirama was Yang and gave some secret power to Sasuke...

which is why sasuke+naruto should = the creation+life

Ashura's Yang chakra transmigrateded , but Hashirama is still Yang type.
If you look at edo-Hashirama who has no more Ashura's chakra , he is still able to give life to a living forest , use his most powerfull Mokuton jutsus without Ashura's chakra.
Hashirama is a very strong Yang type ninja even without Ashura's chakra.
Hashirama is a huge source of Yang power.

That might actually disprove my point lol. But at this point, the tomoe have just been thrown about everywhere so I cant say for sure.
