No, I don't think Karin is even still in love with him. While she was indeed gushing over his picture in her cell, she stopped acting like a love struck girl the moment she heard she would be left alone with the picture. After that, she was staring at something she had put underneath the picture. So no I don't think she still wants him.
Plus why would Sasuke want her? He has never shown any interest in her and has even tried to kill her to make sure Danzo was killed too. I seriously doubt he would suddenly start crushing on her
