Except you ignored one important detail, talking about eye power not full power, Sasuke's eye power > Madara's eye power. Why ? Because

Sasuke's Rinnegan = Indra + Hagoromo

Madara's Rinnegan = Indra + Ashura

Str8 taijutsu I think Sasuke would lose. Madara is just to strong and battle ready to be beat by anyone under Hashirama! IMO.

The war arc showed his experience was far beyond Sasuke when they were both alive an had the same power. (EMS) (Madara with the exception of Hashirama's SM)

It's hard to put these two in battle an rank who'd win because they were never somewhat equal to begain with. Unless we put them in the same States. EMS Sasuke vs EMS Madara.

Madara would take that bout to me because EMS Madara fought no1 but Hashirama an got handle at his peak. While Sasuke fought the likes of Deidara Danzo a broken Orochimaru & Naruto. None of them are on Hashirama's level (No offense, IMO)

Battle experience is a big deal. I like both of them but Madara is by far better at battle than Sasuke.
