The more chakra flowing throughout your body increases your reactions. Which has been shown in the Manga

Sensory is lacking but katsuyu can be your other pair of eyes

Add this to her sharigan it will defiantely be stronger.

He will be faster, but she can still follow his moves with sharingan. It's unlikely he will be faster than chakra cloak bee. and his moves were easy to follow.

On top of that, the only reason Tsunade was able to hit Madara is because Madara himself wanted it, he wanted to show Hashirama's face on his chest and break Kages' spirit.

There is always Frog Kata, which you can read but cannot keep up with using Sharingan. 3 Tomoe Sasuke could read Bee's moves but couldn't keep up when Bee fought him using his blades.
