Uchihas don't get to be Hokages because they were unstable af. Sarada is different 'tho, she lives in a different era where she is the one of the two Uchihas alive, so yes, she might become Hokage but the writers should make it smooth and not make it feel like fan service. Not only that but the Uchihas are no more a clan tainted by blood thanks to the purification Itachi did.

In fact his goals are aligned to the fact that he'll be the one to support her when the time is right. So I don't know why she wouldn't be one, unless she somehow died lol. Which is highly unlikely
