Sasuke attacked him when he was already in the dirt (no arms). Plus it should be clear that Oro is far stronger now than when he faced Itachi/Hebi Sasuke.

I think Oro might be the strongest person alive (lol) after Naruto/Sasuke, so he shouldn't be taken for granted because hurr durr 'Sharingan'

What does Oro's own space have anything to do with his body? He was defeated in a realm that has nothing to do with his bodily condition. In fact, Sasuke's feat is far more impressive than Itachi's in that regard. And why would he not be defeated by Sharingan Genjutsu, given that there is no defense for it?

First of all, he said that itachi can beat the 4 hokages with Amaterasu believe it!!!
