Orochimaru still wanted sasuke's body back at the war arc, but couldn't unless he wanted to die again. So, it does make sense if he waited until sasuke had an offspring and tried to take their body. Do you think sarada will follow the example set by her father and uncle?

Most likely orochimaru will have sage mode since he gave it to mitsuki and kabuto was able to get it so why wouldn't he

Sasuke didn't even solo orochimaru...

Not only was he bed-ridden but still managed to stay alive in multiple curse seals, (including Sasuke's) and almost took his body if it wasn't for Itachi sealing him.

Considering Orochimaru is far stronger than those versions, I don't think anyone is one shotting him with a Sharingan.

Oro can even create his own Sharingan, and even replicate a sagemode (or chakra form of it?).

Plus he's immortal now, at least technically.

The only person who really one shot Oro without any effort was Itachi.

Sasuke attacked him when he was already in the dirt (no arms). Plus it should be clear that Oro is far stronger now than when he faced Itachi/Hebi Sasuke.

I think Oro might be the strongest person alive (lol) after Naruto/Sasuke, so he shouldn't be taken for granted because hurr durr 'Sharingan'
