I don't think so. Byakugou requires extreme chakra control and storing one's chakra inside the body which I don't think Sarada has mastered yet, she'll probably need to go through the training that Sakura underwent first. For the being time Sakura can only explain her the basics of the technique and prepare her.

She can get the seal and know the technique but use it when she feels its absolutely necessary.

She can also use the seal for many other techniques if she wishes. It will be useful to have
