At that time, Shizune was doing an autopsy then she died. Is Sakura that took over all the responsibility. Kishi even shows her in the panel of the medical nins with her in front.
Shizune is the head captain now and stood more in the tents as Sakura was sent over on the batterfield with Kakashi's division.
Tsunade was the best in the world becasue there weren't other medical nins around since Tsunade IS the one who created medical ninjutsu.
And yes, Sakura is one of the best.

You skipped it and the fight might not be new to you as it wasn't for anyone, but Sakura's contribution would've been new to you as you clearly seem not to pick things up from there that show how good she is at her age and that she is already a mini-Tsunade.

No doubt she's a mini-Tsunade girl I've told you hundreds of times she is. However... how come you say Tsunade was the only one of her time??? Chiyo was already a legend in medical grounds when Tsunade was a child... I can accept many of your points, but what I will never agree with is you pushing down Tsunade to let Sakura shine. You can compare Sakura to anyone else, but in my opinion, compared to Tsunade, Sakura pales. Huge fact even when you might disagree: Tsunade was born Senju/Uzumaki. never forget that. The fact that she actually is a descendant of the strongest clans and inherited force is just ridiculous... it overwhelms Sakura in comparison.
