Will Sakura get a power-up?

She's been robbed of a chance to be a great ninja right after they started the story from the time skip. She should be a Jounin with 3 elements under her control and advance genjutsu. Shit should at least been on the same level as Tamari.

Sakura will not get a power simply because it's never been foreshadowed, hinted or Sakura has gotten much development has a character to even have a power up.

Sakura has no special bloodlines or anything, so a power-up will be pretty hard too pull out of Kishi's ass on this one.
