Will Sakura ever learn genjutsu

I was reading the manga the other day and at the very start of part 2 before they rescue gaara, it is noted a couple of times that sakura was originally a genjutsu type??

Do you reckon that she will ever learn it (maybe to counter sasuke)? It would make her a beast, -trap the opponent in genjutsu --> punch/kick the crap out of them

Didn't you hear? The whole war is a genjutsu Sakura cast on everybody; Akatsuki's existance, too. She's an EXPERT genjutsu user.

But seriously, I think Kishi has pushed her into the background, and the whole thing is more Naruto/Madara/Kabuto/Sasuke/A couple others based, in that order.

Hmm i guess, Kurenai was pretty good at it though (from what i gather) and i dont think she has sharigan (her eyes are red though)

Maybe sakura can learn off itachi than turn all the edo's against kabuto haha, but I cant see that ever happening

I know right, she's been a burden on everyone of us that has had to tread through the thick quicksand of bullsh*t she has to give the Naruto storyline. Karin has been more of a help to the main characters than Sakura has been and Karin has only came around in the last little bit of Naruto!!!

Im a bit the same, some times I think she's alright, sometimes she seems more of a burden but o' well

I know I was so happy when kankuro got sasori. Now that Sasori left his mother and father puppets to kankuro do you think he will learn to use 7 puppets at once?? And on that matter I recon he should have robbed chiyo and got her white secret technique ten puppet collection puppets (but i think some were destroyed)

As you said OP, Kakashi stated at the beginning of shippuden that sakura could surpass Tsunade because she was a "Genjutsu type"

I would assume that this means she would have to be able to use genjutsu at that time.

Also, if you're counting games, I believe she was able to use Genjutsu in several of the games.

Yeah, i was thinking that too but of course, kishi likes to play sexism by making all girls useless as we all know very well, he could make her develop genjutsu along with a couple of ninjutsu that she creates herself, when sakura develops, the other girls will go along and develop too thus making the series more interesting but if the main character is a crying bitch who toys with others feelings and fail at whatever she does while thinking about a guy who try to kill her twice then u can forget about it
