Unless we are meant to see Naruto's reaction, which would be opposite of Obito's when Rin died. Obito did use Neji though to try and trigger the same kind of feelings. If Kishi is trying to redeem Obito or end his story dramatically, having him save her (where he failed with Rin) would be the proper way to go.

I'd thought he would be aiming at Sakura because shes trying to destroy the rinnegan, but aiming for the Kunai makes just as much sense. I never thought of that.

I thought it was her too and I could be wrong, but the angle seems a bit off where she is standing and he's desperate to save the eye, so knocking the kunai away would be a desperate act since he he could only use kamui on his upper half.

Don't worry i am sure Kishimoto is tryin to give Obito a chance to save Sakura were he failed to save Rin now he has a chance to make things right.

Still i really want Sakura to die off(just my opinion) Neji died.

I'm still trying to figure out if Madara is stuck there with just his upper body, will it regenerate or did his legs follow after Sasuke sliced him? I don't think I could take it seriously if he fought them with a floating upper body only.
