ok so what we have seen so far sai is reclaiming his emotions as well as bonding with team 7 but will he turn against root and danzo

In one of Kishi's Interview, he stated that Sai Will Cause Something Huge, and know it look like he is moving aside Naruto and ignoring Danzo Instruction, so its very probable the he will go against Him.

from what i've been notice so far,sai already betrayed Danzou,from the first Danzou gave and assigned sai a mission as a new member of team-7,and use the team to finally kill or catch sasuke.....and sai finally abandoned and failed the mission assigned to him,further sai really involved his feeling and really blended with team-7 as a real friend and team member,,even though later sai will come back to the ROOT and become Danzou's man again,but it will never be the same anymore,,,sai has learned how to expressed his feeling,now sai is more human not just an ordinary killing weapon named ANBU-ROOT....

As stated, he already has. The longer he's with Naruto (and his special ability to make friends), the more of a human he'll become and less of a pure shinobi (e.g. Haku).

The main obstacle is removing that seal on his tongue. Kakashi has some knowledge of seals, so maybe he can. Unfortunately Jiraiya, who was the best I knew of in that matter, is dead.

It's pretty much inevitable or like people have already said it's started a long time ago. I guess when Danzo truly gets exposed to the village that is when he will end that that allegiance or if Danzo get's killed in the current arc.
