The SHs are really weak, only Luffy, Zoro and Sanji can survive in the NW.

And then there's Franky fighting Bastille and an entire New World Marine Unit... (3000 soldiers I believe?)

when Luffy reaches PK lvl and Zoro and Sanji reach Yonko/Admiral level that alone should be about enough to be the the crew of the PK as of now, especially since the rest wont exactly be a pushover either (/waiting for Franky v Bastille)

WB was far from his prime and he was still extremely powerful, now try to imagine a prime Roger ... and you have Luffy
now Imagine Zoro with about as much of a gap (in %) between him and Luffy as there is atm and you get another OP member
same for Sanji, he is at least going to be MF Admiral lvl

that is enough for any 1 crew

WB was the only one who could fight an admiral in thw WB pirates but they were still one of the 4 most powerful pirate crews, Jozu and Marco were below Admiral lvl (quite a bit, well, Jozu even more so than Marco)

I think Violet will join. Her ability makes her very useful and gives them something the straw hats dont already have.

As mera-mera no mi it has to go to Sabo. Why else would Oda decide to bring Sabo into this arc if not for that reason alone. Ace dies, sabo is reborn. And so Ace's will lives on!
