Will Part 3 have an anime adaptation also?

Well they never explained what happened to orochimaru or kabuto. Orochimaru kidnapped and killed/experimented on Shinobi from every village, there's no way they are just gonna let him off the hook. So maybe Sasuke plans to follow/keep an eye on him.

Go to saiyan island for info. The chibi thing isn't p3, it's a comedy spinoff done by Kishi's assistant.

I don't see why they wouldn't... The only reason why I could see they will not is if they will not get the funding for it, or if it is a complete flop and everyone hates it. Neither of those i believe will be a problem...Who knows, maybe it will turn into a whole new epic saga to the Naruto series.
