I don't think he will. Madara > Itachi, and right now Madara > Sasuke. Both of them didn't allow Orochimaru to take over their body, so I doubt Madara will. And it's only a theory that he has it.

I don't think he has the curse mark because we were shown Anko's curse mark in that one panel, it wasn't Madara, and was Orochimaru alive during Madara's time? Hiruzen was their sensei, so I'd think that Madara already died before Orochimaru was born. That's just my opinion though.

Edit: If Orochimaru was alive during Madara's time, then he was still too young, and was still a part of the leaf village and the curse mark probably didn't exist back when he was that young.

Kishi may just have shown Madera rubbing his neck just to make you think that. I believe Ankos curse mark is where Oro will come back from.
