The fact that Oro said he doesn't care for the war doesn;t mean he wants to be game over..

This is a very good point It would be stupid for Oro to not take part in the War at all and not appear on the battlefield to Madara and Obito along with the Jubi.

We don't know if he will actively help the alliance and join the fight. Currently we only know he doesn't want to destroy Konoha and seems generally quite friendly.

Orochimaru should not be underestimated. He is an intelligent shinobi, freak or whatever he is.... xd He could be just pretending as if he doesn't know and just giving Sasuke the impression that he's not interested in the War. Obviously he is, since the War affects every ninja whether alive..or dead

orochimaru is the most unpredictable character in the manga atm imo

indeed, that's why him being back in the picture, elevates the story line drastically. Which is a good thing
