The attack is very strong indeed for some fodder characters, but I doubt that it will have some big effect on Obito. We saw how the Juubi freed itself from the bigger version of this technique, so I guess that Obito will also be able to avoid it.

If he take anydamage he should be dead logic ras shuriken kills your chakar cell. And eoton burns so a cellur burn and cut = death

I bet it'll make some damage and we'll see Obito in shock next chapter.. he'll be like:

"Oh! you hurt me! I'm the Ten-Tails' Jinchuriki, you shouldn't have hurt me! how come??!! this world is so cruel!!"

then he'll lose control and the Ten-Tails take over his body and completely rip him to shreds..
