Will Obito take back Kakashis MS after defeating him?

There is no way Kakashi can defeat rinnegan Obito 1 vs 1, so he will defeat him for sure.

As the title says, will he take it back and surgically implant it to the same area where his MS is.

This is just like how he would create EMS, by putting 2 eyeballs in one area. Will they turn into ems also?

Imagine Obito having 2 kamui powers, 1 ems eye and 1 rinnegan. With mokuton, he would be the most OP ninja to date.

Hmmmm... it would depend whether doing that would grant him EMS or not. Quoting Narutopedia, 'Only by taking and transplanting the Mangekyō of another Uchiha — integrating the two pairs of eyes in the process — can the vision be restored, a process that results in the creation of an Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan'. The fact it mentions 'another Uchiha' makes me wonder whether it would work or not. However it does mention 'It would appear that the tighter the blood ties are between the "donor" and the "receiver", the better it is for compatibility'. This makes me think that since Obito would just be implanting his own eye, it would be a very close blood tie obviously, meaning it would be very much compatible with the Sharingan eye he has at the moment. But that relies completely on the assumption that one can acquire the EMS by using their own eyes; it could be strictly from another Uchiha of very close blood ties. But you never know, it could happen.

I was thinking 1 kamui for defense like his usual intangibility, and the other kamui for offense and 1 shoting anyone or anything

I think pNJ is on obitos side because the series needs a strong villain and someone to be the jinchiruki of the juubi.
Either Madara if Obito uses rinne tensei, or Obito himself if he distrust Madara.

There's actually no way to put 2 eyes in 1 eye-socket....:scorps:

Nevertheless he can awaken rinnegan with his both MS eyes, since he has Hashi's DNA, which also let him ignore blindness

I think he'll get it back and transplant it in place of Madara's rinnegan IF he does win. However, I think Kakashi has the advantage now that he understands his Jutsu and is decent at Kamui.

Kakashi is faster, smarter, and has decent chakra especially after he got some from Naruto. Obito didn't really show impressive feats using his rinnegan so I doubt he can use it as well as Nagato. I'm not sure how he'll counter Mokuton though but he has experience with it because of Yamato.
