His will has already been shown strong enough to withstand the juubi.

So now that he has the psychical energy boost from the senju dna he will have the body sustainable for surviving the extraction.

I will say yes, Obito will survive. The Sage of the six paths was able to survive them being taken out of him (though i mean he did die soon after, though i'm guesing that's from old age and not them being removed). He's also survived half of his body being crushed and other amazing feats of damage. I think he will survive this.

Whether or not he survives Madara trying to kill him, that is something I'm unsure of.

He doesn't need it he has senju dna boosting his psychical energy which is why he can fight for so long and contain the best in the first place.

(The fact the he used his will was only after the fact that the tailed beast were inside him.)
The juubi takeover has nothing to do with psychical strength but,his spiritual energy and his will.

Besides using izanagi would take away his kamui that he would be able to use again once he is not a jinchuriki anymore and then he would be screwed anyway.
