Even if Naruto is ended Kishi will still make other manga. He is planning on making another one after the Naruto one ends which wont be until next year.
Narutobase will still be around after the series finishes, if it truly finishes. There will always be fans of Naruto around, so the site will continue on as well. No worries^^
