I'm not sure. He might actually be able to. We have seen him making the Giant Rasengan with one hand, but that was with Sage Mode.

Actually when using kyuubi s chakra he can form hands with the chakra and thus he can already make rasengan without a clone (even rasen shuriken) but yeah it would be good if he learned rasengan with one hand

I'm sure he will be able to make them eventually without real arms or chakra arms to help. But the Chakra arm version does look very BAD @$$.

also the whole point of naruto using the clones was suposed to be origional and unique and also emphisise that he could use clones so well

He already knows how to make a rassengan without clones or chakra arms doing it with those two just makes it easier for him to hit his opponent.

Well until now he has used it so many times, it is only logical that at one point he should have enough experience/skill to do it one handed (considering that he uses a shadow clone and so the experience is x2).
But i think that he just kinda got used to doing it like this... it's in his fighting style, and he is so proficient with it that the extra second it takes for him doesn't affect his fight so much...
