That's the point i made earlier but who says they wont have several encounters before the end? It could just turn out like the battle at the valley of end but Sasuke gets knocked out but Madara saves him or something because he needs him for something. It doesn't have to be decided in thier next battle

rasengan does beat chidori but it's not because naruto wasn't going all out it's because sasuke has more power simply... why would naruto hold back? he knew that sasuke really was planning to kill him...
