OP, you over looked a lot of Naruto's jutsu.

Now, will he surpass Rikudo. I believe he will surpass Rikudo in certain way, but not overall and not in strength.

Shadow Clone jutsu , Summoning Jutsu, Rasengan, Futon Rasen Shuriken and SM.

These are the jutsus I counted.

KCM and BM are not jutsus , they are Mode.

Fodderuto hasnt surpassed Sasuke and ps tanks beastballs but people forget this.
Also Nardo is using kyubi power his own power is fodder in front of uchiha power.
Naruto with access to sage mode and has rasenshuriken without knowledge of Sasuke and his ms admits inferiority to a blinding sasuke.

The only way to surpass the rikudou, One would have to be on good terms with the Juubi.

I don't think any character can ever surpass the rikudo. He represents the peak of power in the naruto verse. He is able to create celestial bodies even in a weakened state! Can create and give life to something from nothingness with just a thought. Naruto will surpass the rikudo by achieving peace and unifying the world. But in terms of fighting ability, I seriously doubt it

He obviously will. He will TNJ Juubi, becoming best mates with it, and then go Juubi BM, which Rikudo wasnt able to achieve due to being enemies with Juubi.

Rikudos base body is much more powerful than narutos. He is literally the first decendent with chakra. If naruto gets 100% of every bijuu then he would be the closest anyone has ever been, but i still believe rikudo is the strongest.

He will probably get more power than Rikudo.
