We already know Tsunade wanted to give Naruto the technique because she insisted that FTG be saved for Naruto and she would be teleported by the pot thingy.
Which brings me to how Naruto will learn the technique and become even better at it than his dad. There are those 3 elite guards which used to serve the 4th so they will teach him the technique.Then Naruto being the hardworker that he is will master the jutsu fairly quickly and everyone will be amazed.
I will show some examples now of when Naruto mastered techniques and astonished everyone.
Firstly,when Naruto stole the forbidden scroll and mastered Shadow clones in like 1 hour.
Secondly,the time Naruto first met Tsunade and made a bet that he could master Rasengan in a week which he did.
Thirdly, when he was learning how to use the wind element he was able to cut a leaf in half after only about 1 nights' practice.I thought it took him pretty long until Kakashi explained that it takes about 6 months to do this.Then 2 days later of hard work Naruto is able to modify his Rasengan to a level was able to 1 shot Kakuzu easily.
Then there is Naruto mastering his Rasenshuriken which surpassed the 4th's rasengan.
Next comes SM which Naruto was able to use better than Jman. It was explained that Jman had to have the 2 sade toads on his shoulder to be in sage mode and when he used it parts of his body resembled a toads.
Last but not least, Naruto mastered KM which im not sure if this is something hard to do since only 2 people had it before him but none of them were able to go into KM.But Mito was able to sense negative emotions or w/e it does.
